Refund Protocols

We deal in irrevocable digital architecture. Here are the strict parameters for license revocation and fund returns.

Themes Jet provides production-ready codebases. Unlike physical goods, source code cannot be "returned" once downloaded. Therefore, refunds are not processed based on preference, but solely on technical validity. By purchasing, you agree to the following logic.

Valid for Refund

• Critical Failure: The product breaks the build instantly upon clean install.
• Unresolved Bugs: A fatal error our engineers cannot patch within 48h.
• Misrepresentation: The live preview differs significantly from source code.
• Security: Proven CVE vulnerabilities in our core architecture.

Void Requests

• Change of scope, mind, or platform choice.
• Skill Gap: Inability to use React, TypeScript, or Next.js.
• Environment: Issues caused by your specific hosting or 3rd party libs.
• Accidental purchase or "testing" the code.

Custom Engineering Services

For bespoke architecture and design system contracts, the initial 50% deposit secures engineering allocation. Once the repository is initialized or the project kick-off occurs, this deposit becomes non-refundable to cover opportunity costs.

Dispute Resolution

To initiate a claim, submit a debug log and transaction ID to our technical support channel. We review git logs and error stacks to determine validity.

License Revocation Notice

Upon the execution of a refund, your license key is cryptographically revoked. Continued use of the source code, assets, or design tokens in any production or development environment constitutes a violation of international copyright law.
