Violation results in immediate termination without refund.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Currency: All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars).
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes (VAT/GST) in your jurisdiction.
- Processing: We use Stripe, PayPal, and SSLCommerz. We do not store credit card numbers.
- Refund Policy: Our products are digital. We maintain a Strict No Refund Policy generally. Exceptions are made only for major defects. Please review our full Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Themes Jet, Code Next IT Solution and Injaazh Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the last six (6) months.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites (demo images, plugins) not controlled by Themes Jet. We assume no responsibility for their content or practices.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Themes Jet and its employees/officers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall be settled exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice.
